* Until 300 AM ChST.
* At 1154 PM ChST, Andersen AFB Doppler radar indicated extreme
winds, associated with the eyewall of Super Typhoon Sinlaku, with
the eye passing over Tinian and Saipan. Super Typhoon Sinlaku is
moving around 5 mph according the radar. Winds may become
relatively calm in the eye but extremely dangerous winds will soon
return on the back side of Super Typhoon Sinlaku. THIS IS AN
EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND LIFE-THREATENING SITUATION!
