Blizzard conditions with poor visibility in snow and blowing snow are expected.

A low pressure system developing in Hudson Bay is bringing strong northeasterly winds on Sunday along with 5 to 10 cm of snow.

The combination of 70 km/h wind gusts and falling snow will give near zero visibilities in falling and blowing snow.

Blizzard conditions will ease overnight or Monday morning as winds diminish.

Travel will be hazardous due to near-zero visibility.

Blizzard warnings are issued when near-zero visibility in blowing snow is expected.
