At 16:33 on April 30, 2026, the Lindian County Meteorological Observatory upgraded and issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that our county will be affected by strong winds in the next 12 hours, with an average wind speed of 7-8 levels and gusts up to 9-10 levels. Relevant units and individuals are advised to take preventive measures. Defense Guidelines: 1. The government and relevant departments shall carry out wind prevention work in accordance with their responsibilities; 2. Stop outdoor activities and dangerous outdoor operations such as high-altitude activities, and evacuate personnel and residents of dangerous buildings to sheltered areas as much as possible; 3.
