* WHEN...Until 1100 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 805 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated flooding is already
occurring in the warned area, particularly along North Fork
Salt Creek. Between 2 and 2.75 inches of rain fell.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
