* WHAT...Northeast winds 35 to 40 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas
10 to 15 feet.
* WHERE...Yap Coastal Waters.
* WHEN...Through at least Saturday morning, or longer if
conditions warrant.
* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which
could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical Storm Hagupit (05W) is currently
forecast to move through or just south of Yap Proper Friday night.
Tropical storm force winds are expected Friday evening through
Saturday morning.

to 73 mph are expected due to a tropical storm within 24 hours.
