At 625 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles southwest of
Canute, moving southeast at 25 mph.

THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR Elk City and Burns Flat.

HAZARD...Baseball size hail and 70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters reported tennis ball hail in Elk
City.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be severely injured.
Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs,
siding, and vehicles.

Locations impacted include...
Elk City, Burns Flat, Dill City, Canute, and Foss.
