* WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...8 to 10 percent deserts, 10 to 12 percent
Color Country Mountains. Expect poor overnight recovery both
Tuesday and Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Critical fire weather conditions are expected. Any
new fire starts or existing fires may spread rapidly.
