* WIND...West 25 to 50 mph with gusts to 65 mph today. West 20 to
35 mph with gusts to 50 mph tonight and Friday.

* HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent today and Friday.

* THUNDERSTORMS...None.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
