* WHAT...For the Blowing Dust Warning, widespread blowing dust. For
the Wind Advisory, west winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.

* WHERE...Eastern McLean County.

* WHEN...For the Blowing Dust Warning, widespread blowing dust with
visibility down to a quarter mile. For the Wind Advisory, until 9
PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Severely limited visibilities are expected. Travel will
be dangerous and possibly life-threatening. Things left unsecured
outside will be blown around.
