At 10:23 on April 19, 2026, the Youyu County Meteorological Observatory upgraded and issued an orange cold wave warning signal, with the warning area covering all townships, towns (streets). It is expected that the minimum temperature in the warning area will drop by more than 12 ℃ within the next 48 hours, and the minimum temperature will be less than or equal to 0 ℃. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention. Defense guidelines: 1. The government and relevant departments should carry out emergency work to prevent cold waves according to their responsibilities; 2.
