Tidal Potomac from Indian Head to Cobb Island MD...

At 1111 AM EDT, a front was located along a line extending from near
Gunston Hall to near Leesylvania State Park to 11 nm west of
Quantico, moving southeast at 25 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Observed wind.

IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by
suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.

Potomac Creek, Maryland Point, Nanjemoy Creek, Port Tobacco River,
Leesylvania State Park, Quantico, Swan Point, Mathias Point, U.S. 301
Nice Memorial Bridge, Mason Neck State Park, Indian Head, Occoquan
Bay, Popes Creek, Brent Point, Smallwood State Park, Widewater,
Westmoreland State Park, Cobb Island, Fairview Beach, and Colonial
Beach.
