The Long Island Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds at 1:15 am today. At present, North God City on Long Island has experienced gusts of up to level 9. It is expected that from early this morning to tomorrow, all towns and streets in Long Island will experience southwest winds of 7-8 levels and gusts of 9 levels on the sea surface, while urban areas will experience 6-7 levels and gusts of 8 levels.
