Details

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations between
3 and 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...St Lawrence Island.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM AKDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. Strong winds could result
in power outages.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind gusts will remain elevated, up to 45 mph
through Thursday afternoon. Temperatures Thursday afternoon will
warm into the low to mid 30s and while there will be some blowing
snow while it is actively snowing, the impacts should be less.
