At 16:39 on April 23, 2026, the Dechang County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for thunderstorms and strong winds: it is expected that towns (streets) such as Dezhou Street, Changzhou Street, Yonglang Town, Leyue Town, Mali Town, Cida Town, Badong Town, Tielu Town, Heilongtan Town, Rehe Town, Nanshan Lisu Township, Jinsha Lisu Township, etc. will experience thunderstorms and strong winds within 6 hours, with gusts of up to level 8 or above, accompanied by strong lightning; Or it may have been affected by thunderstorms and strong winds, with gusts reaching 8-9 levels, accompanied by strong lightning, and may continue.
