* At 1029 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles south of
Girard, or 7 miles northeast of Carlinville, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Atwater, Farmersville, Waggoner, Honey Bend, White Oak, Raymond,
