At 17:40 on April 12, 2026, the Rongcheng County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that all towns and villages in Rongcheng County will experience northeast winds of 4-5 levels and gusts of 6-7 levels from late tonight to noon tomorrow. Please take precautions.
