Hazard: Winds gusting to 90 km/h, in addition to falling snow.

Timing: Ending Tuesday morning/afternoon.

Remarks: A blizzard warning is also in place, due to the falling snow paired with the strong winds creating blizzard conditions.

Disruptions to services and travel are possible. There is a risk of injury due to flying or falling debris.
