Higher than normal water levels are expected near the coast this morning at high tide.

The combination of a low to moderate storm surge and a high tidal range could cause minor overflow along the shore.
Coastal flooding is possible.

Coastal flooding warnings are issued when high water levels pose a threat to coastal regions due to tides, storm surge and/or waves.
