Harbin Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 19:00 on April 29, 2026: There will be strong winds throughout the city from day to night on the 30th, with an average wind force of 4-5 levels and gusts of 6-8 levels, accompanied by sand or floating dust, and reduced visibility. Lightning may occur locally from evening to night, please take precautions.
