At 14:01 on May 3, the meteorological observatory of Xuwen County upgraded the orange warning signal of rainstorm in Xiayang Town of Xuwen County to red. The orange warning signal of rainstorm in Jinhe Town and Xinliao Town of Xuwen County continued to take effect, and the yellow warning signal of rainstorm in other towns and streets continued to take effect. Affected by heavy rainfall clouds, the rainfall in Xiayang Town of Xuwen County in the past two hours has been close to 100 mm. It is expected that the rainfall will continue in the next two hours.
