* At 239 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 7 nm southwest of
Dry Tortugas Light, or 9 nm south of Tortugas Ecological Reserve
North, moving east at 10 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher
waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours.
