At 21:10 on May 5th, Haiyan County Meteorological Observatory issued an orange warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from 21:10 on May 5th to 3:10 on May 6th, Sanjiaocheng Town, Xihai Town, Jintan Township, Halejing Mongolian Township, Qinghai Lake Township, and Ganzihe Township will experience strong winds of level 9 or above, gusts of level 10 or above, and may be accompanied by sandstorms in some areas. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention.

Recomendaciones

1. The government and relevant departments shall carry out emergency measures to prevent strong winds in accordance with their responsibilities; 2. Stop outdoor activities and dangerous outdoor operations such as high-altitude activities; 3. Pedestrians and vehicles should not stop under tall buildings, billboards, temporary structures, or large trees; 4. Properly place outdoor items that are susceptible to strong winds and strictly prohibit outdoor use of fire.
