* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 4
inches for the town of Laramie. Total snow accumulations between
7 and 11 inches are possible in the southern and western sides of
the Laramie Valley.

* WHERE...Laramie Valley.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM MDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...The weight of the heavy, wet snow on tree limbs may
cause tree damage and bring down power lines. Travel could be very
difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning and
evening commutes on Tuesday, and the morning commute on Wednesday.
