At 21:56 on May 6, 2026, the Puding County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue an orange hail warning signal: it is expected that hail will occur in towns (streets) such as Machang, Jichangpo, Pingshang, Bulang, Houchang, Huachu, Chuandong, Huangtong, etc. in our county within the next 6 hours, and may cause hail disasters, accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall, strong winds and other strong convective weather in some areas. Outdoor personnel are requested to seek shelter in safe places in a timely manner and properly place outdoor items, vehicles, etc. that are susceptible to hail.
