The maximum rainfall of 50mm has occurred in Huadong Town in the past hour. It is estimated that the heavy rainfall will continue in Huadong Town in the next 1-2 hours, and the subsequent rainfall will be about 20mm. The meteorological station of Huadu District upgraded the warning signal of rainstorm in Huadong Town from yellow to orange at 08:48 on May 8. Continuous heavy rainfall may cause secondary disasters such as landslides, mudslides, floods in small and medium-sized rivers, flash floods, and urban and rural waterlogging.
