At 04:10 on May 11, 2026, the meteorological observatory of Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture upgraded the yellow rainstorm to an orange early warning signal of rainstorm: at present, the rainfall in most parts of Wenquan County and part of Bole City in the past three hours is 15.0 to 24.1 mm, of which 25.9 mm is in Arxant Village, Haribuhu Town. It is expected that the rainfall in most parts of Wenquan County, along the line from Xiaoyingpan Town, Bole City to Wutubrag Town and in the northern mountain areas will continue in the next three hours, with the cumulative rainfall of more than 24.1 mm. The above areas have high meteorological risk levels of mountain torrents, debris flows, landslides and other geological disasters, so please strengthen prevention.
