The Forest and Grassland Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Command Office of Sunwu County People s Government, Sunwu County Meteorological Bureau, and Sunwu County Forestry and Grassland Bureau will continue to jointly issue and upgrade to the county wide forest (grassland) fire risk orange warning signal at 9:50 am on May 11, 2026. It is expected that from the daytime of the 11th to the daytime of the 14th, there will be no effective precipitation in the county, with high temperatures, average wind speeds of 4-5 levels, gusts of 6-7 levels, and locally up to level 8. The forest and grassland fire risk meteorological level is relatively high. Relevant departments are requested to immediately enter the corresponding work state according to the warning level and response list, and make preparations for various prevention and extinguishing fires.
