result in frost formation. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing
temperatures as low as 28 possible.

* WHERE...Forest, Jefferson PA, Mercer, Venango, Lawrence, Armstrong,
Butler, Clarion, Higher Elevations of Indiana, and Indiana
Counties.

* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, until 8 AM EDT this morning. For the
Freeze Watch, from late tonight through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
