The Changli County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow lightning warning signal at 17:13 on April 19, 2026: It is expected that scattered thunderstorms will occur in all towns and coastal waters of our county within the next 6 hours. During rainfall, there will be strong convection such as lightning and short-term strong winds (8-10 levels) in some areas. Please pay attention to precautions.
