between 3 and 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.

* WHERE...Lower Yukon and Innoko Valleys and Upper Kuskokwim Valley.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM AKDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. Areas of blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility.
