At 19:25 on April 24, 2026, the Huidong County Meteorological Observatory issued an orange hail warning signal: towns (streets) such as Liyuhe Town, lead-zinc Town, Yezu Township, Jiangzhou Town, Tieliu Town, Duge Town, Xinjie Town, Jiangxi Street Township, Gaji Town, Manyingou Town, Wudongde Town, Jinjiang Street, Yucheng Street, Songping Town, Tangtang Town, Laojuntan Township, Luji Town, Liugu Township, and Dachong Town in Huidong County may experience hail accompanied by lightning weather within 6 hours and may cause hail disasters. Hail may be accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall, short-term gusts of strong winds, and other severe convective weather. Please be aware of the potential adverse effects of catastrophic weather.
