At 19:52 on April 26, 2026, the meteorological station of Meigu County issued an orange rainstorm warning signal: the 3-hour rainfall in Niuniuba Town, Jiukou Township, Lama Town, Xinqiao Town, Luoyigan Township and other townships (towns) will be more than 50mm (or the rainfall intensity will be more than 30mm/hour); Or if the rainfall within 3 hours has reached 50 millimeters or more (or the rainfall intensity has reached 30 millimeters/hour or more) and the rainfall (20 millimeters/hour or more) may continue, accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, short-term gusts of wind, hail and other severe convective weather.
