At 17:32 on April 29, 2026, the meteorological observatory of Suichang County resolved the blue warning signal of rainstorm: affected by precipitation clouds, the area rainfall of Suichang County was 57.3mm from 20:00 on April 28 to 17:00 on April 29, and the top three area rainfall of each township were 69.2mm in Xinluwan Town, 68.8mm in Gaoping Township, and 63.0mm in Longyang Township. The top three largest stations were 80.9mm in Xinluwan Town, 74.1mm in Jiaochuan Second Village, Xinluwan Town, and 71.8mm in Xikeng, Longyang Township. The maximum hourly rainfall intensity was 14.3mm, and it appeared at the Futouyang Village Station in Longyang Township at 09:00 on April 29. At present, the precipitation is approaching the end, so our station removes the blue warning signal of rainstorm.

1. The government and relevant departments should pay attention to the dynamics of early warning signals and make emergency preparations for rainstorm prevention; 2. Relevant responsible units shall inspect the drainage system and prepare for drainage in low-lying and flood prone areas; 3.
