Wabash River at New Harmony

.Minor flooding continues along the Wabash River at New Harmony.
Water levels continue to slowly rise, and the river is forecast to
crest near 15.7 feet Monday morning.

For the Wabash River...including New Harmony...Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wabash River at New Harmony.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, The river overflows low ground on the
Illinois side.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 15.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.7
feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
early Wednesday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
15.7 feet on 06/04/2011.
