* WHERE...Including the following area, Lower Koyukuk Valley.

* WHEN...Until 1000 PM AKDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1000 PM AKDT, emergency management reported an ice jam on
the Koyukuk River near Hughes. Impounding water due to the
ice jam has caused water level rises leading to flooding of
poor drainage areas.
