THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR EASTERN
NORTH DAKOTA AND NORTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...
* AFFECTED AREA...In Minnesota, West Polk, Norman, Clay,
Kittson, Roseau, West Marshall, East Marshall, Pennington, Red
Lake, East Polk, North Clearwater, Mahnomen, South Clearwater,
West Becker, East Becker, Wilkin, West Otter Tail, East Otter
Tail and Grant. In North Dakota, Towner, Cavalier, Pembina,
Benson, Ramsey, Eastern Walsh, Eddy, Nelson, Grand Forks,
Griggs, Steele, Traill, Barnes, Cass, Ransom, Sargent,
Richland and Western Walsh.
* WINDS...Southwest 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 21 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become
difficult to control. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
