forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Saginaw River at Saginaw.
* WHEN...Until Tuesday evening.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 18.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early Tuesday afternoon and continue falling to 14.1 feet
Sunday, April 26.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

Recommandations
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
