At 11:14 am on April 18, 2026, the Shuocheng District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave, with the warning area covering all townships, towns (streets). It is expected that the minimum temperature in the warning area will drop by 8 ℃ or more within the next 48 hours, and the minimum temperature will be less than or equal to 4 ℃. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention. Defense guidelines: 1. The government and relevant departments should prepare for the cold wave according to their responsibilities; 2. Pay attention to adding clothes to keep warm.
