...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS EXPECTED TODAY...
The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect from 8 AM EDT /7 AM CDT/ this morning
to 8 PM EDT /7 PM CDT/ this evening.
* AFFECTED AREA...Alabama fire weather zones 068 and 069. Florida
fire weather zones 007, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015,
016, 017, 018, 019, 027, 028, 029, 034, 108, 112, 114, 115, 118,
127, 128, 134, 326, 426. Georgia fire weather zones 120, 121,
122, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127, 128, 129, 130, 131, 142, 143, 144,
145, 146, 147, 148, 155, 156, 157, 158, 159, 160, 161.
* WIND...Northeast near 10 to 15 mph, with gusts near 20 to 25
mph.
* HUMIDITY...15-20 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
