Riau especially in: Batu Aji, Belakang Padang, Bintan Utara, Galang, Karimun, Lingga, Lingga Utara, Moro, Nongsa, Sagulung, Sekupang, Seri Kuala Lobam, Singkep, Singkep Pesisir, Telok Sebong.
These conditions may lead to reduced visibility, strong winds, and localized flooding.
