The Meteorological Observatory of Henan Mongolian Autonomous County issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds at 17:10 on April 22, 2026: It is expected that there will be strong winds of level 7 or above and gusts of level 8 or above in Henan Province from 17:10 on April 22 to 05:10 on April 23. Relevant units and personnel are requested to be prepared for prevention.
Recommandations
1. The government and relevant departments shall do a good job in preventing strong winds according to their responsibilities; 2. Reduce outdoor activities and dangerous outdoor operations such as high-altitude activities; 3. Pedestrians and vehicles should not stop under billboards, temporary structures, or large trees; 4. Place outdoor items that are susceptible to strong winds and strictly prohibit outdoor use of fire.
