At 16:30 on April 23, 2026, Xingtai Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that during the day of the 24th, there will be southerly winds of 4-5 levels and gusts of 6-7 levels in the eastern and southern areas of our city (Xindu, Xiangdu, Shahe, Renze, Nanhe, Xinhe, Julu, Pingxiang, Guangzong, Nangong, Weixian, Qinghe, Linxi). Please take precautions.
Recommandations
1. The government and relevant departments shall do a good job in preventing strong winds according to their responsibilities; 2. Stop high-altitude operations and outdoor recreational activities; 3. Close doors and windows, reinforce enclosures, sheds, billboards, and other structures that are susceptible to strong winds, properly place outdoor items that are easily damaged by strong winds, and cover building materials; 4. Take proactive measures for water operations and passing ships in relevant waters, and pay attention to the impact of wind and waves along the coast; 5. Do not linger under billboards, temporary structures, etc. during windy weather; 6. Relevant departments and units should closely monitor fire prevention in forests, grasslands, and other areas.
