Recommandations

1. The government and relevant departments shall do a good job in preventing strong winds according to their responsibilities; 2. Stop high-altitude operations and outdoor recreational activities; 3. Close doors and windows, reinforce enclosures, sheds, billboards, and other structures that are susceptible to strong winds, properly place outdoor items that are easily damaged by strong winds, and cover building materials; 4. Do not linger under billboards, temporary structures, etc. during windy weather; 5. Relevant departments and units closely monitor fire prevention work.
