* Tornado Warning for...
Northeastern St. Charles Parish in southeastern Louisiana...
Northwestern Jefferson Parish in southeastern Louisiana...

* Until 715 AM CDT.

* At 635 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Destrehan, or near Hahnville, moving southeast at
35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
Metairie, St. Rose, Ama, Waggaman, and River Ridge around 640 AM
CDT.
Avondale, Jefferson, Harahan, and Elmwood around 645 AM CDT.
