At 17:43 on April 26, 2026, the Shiqu County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for thunderstorms and strong winds: Qiwu Township, Arizha Town, Waxu Township, Changshang Gongma Township, Xiazha Town, Changsha Ganma Township, Changshang Ganma Township, Wenbo Town, Derongma Township, Mengyi Town, Yiniu Township, Xinrong Township, Luoxu Town, Zhengke Township, Niga Town, Gemeng Township, Sesu Town and other townships (fields) will experience thunderstorm and strong wind weather within 6 hours, with gusts reaching level 8 or above and accompanied by strong lightning. Please be aware of the potential adverse effects of catastrophic weather.
