At 20:55 on May 1, 2026, the Meteorological Observatory of Mengzi City issued a yellow lightning warning signal: In the next 6 hours, there will be lightning weather in Wenlan, Yuguopu, Xin ansuo, Caoba, Zhicun, Mingjiu, Lengquan, Qilubai, Laozhai, Shuitian, Xibeile and other townships (towns, streets) in our city, accompanied by local short-term heavy precipitation and hail, with the risk of lightning strikes.
