result in frost formation. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing
temperatures as low as 32 possible.

* WHERE...Alcona, Alpena, Arenac, Iosco, Leelanau, and Presque Isle
Counties.

* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, from 2 AM to 8 AM EDT Sunday. For
the Freeze Watch, from Sunday evening through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor
vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left
uncovered.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...For tonight...Northwesterly winds are likely
to remain as high as 10-15mph tonight, especially across northeast
Lower Michigan. This may prevent a low-level temperature inversion
from forming tonight. For Sunday night...high pressure moving
into the area may lead to clearing skies and light winds.
