The Upper and Lower Niagara River and Buffalo Harbor...

* Until 730 PM EDT.

* At 606 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 12 nm southwest of Niagara River to 10 nm west of
Ripley, moving east at 40 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
Small Boat Harbor, Van Buren Point, Lake Erie Beach, Grand Island,
Barcelona, Woodlawn Beach, Erie Basin Marina, Sturgeon Point,
Ripley, Youngstown, Wanakah, Lewiston, Dunkirk, Athol Springs,
Bayview, and Sunset Bay.
