* Until 600 PM EDT.

* At 457 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
waterspouts was located 22 nm east of Marineland, or 25 nm
northeast of Palm Coast, moving east at 5 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to 40 knots, and large hail.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Large hail could
result in structural damage.

Wind gusts to 40 knots, large hail, high waves, dangerous lightning,
and heavy rain are possible with this storm. If your vessel is caught

nonessential crew are below decks. Deploy jack lines and harnesses if
available. Check life saving equipment, including batteries on
handheld radios, for readiness.
