...MULTI DAY RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT FOR
GUSTY WINDS AND VERY LOW HUMIDITY...
* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 434 and 435.
* WIND...For Wednesday, south winds at 15 to 20 MPH with gusts to
35 MPH. For Thursday, westerly winds 20 to 25 MPH with gusts up
to 40 MPH.
* HUMIDITY...For Wednesday, 12 to 16 percent. For Thursday, 8 to
12 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is a slight chance for scattered
showers and storms during Wednesday afternoon and evening. The
main concern with these storms will be gusty and erratic winds
as well as dry lightning.
